Let's meet up for a low-key, spring hike in beautiful Northern Delaware Greenway. After meeting in the Brandywine Park under I-95 parking area, we will walk/hike north and use the Swinging Footbridge to cross the Brandywine Creek. We will then walk south along the creek, passing several park features along the way. Once we cross back over the creek and head north, we will pass the Sugar Bowl Pavilion and the Josephine Fountain before ending our hike at the Jasper Crane Rose Garden.
In total, approximately 2.5 miles will be traveled on a mostly paved path with slight elevation changes.
This event is FREE but please RSVP! We will wait until 9:15am for everyone to arrive before starting our hike.
