LezLite provides expanded access to the Lezapalooza community by hosting single day or evening events and pared-down camping weekends. Brought to you by the same folks who organize Lezapalooza, LezLite offers more frequent, affordable and accessible, events throughout the year.
As the organizers of Lezapalooza wrapped up year four of the annual retreat, they reflected on the many requests they have received over the years. Those requests range from having more niche events to having events in more diverse geographic areas to having more affordable events. While not all requests are immediately possible, some of them are and LezLite was created to facilitate them. The organizers understand that committing to a three-day weekend of camping at Lezapalooza could be socially and financially daunting for many and hope that the LezLite expansion will allow for access to the amazing Lezapalooza community in ways that are more manageable.
What can you expect from LezLite? The same engagement in the Lezapalooza community everyone loves, but in smaller chunks. Events are being planned for all of 2025 in NY, NJ, PA and DE for both single day events and camping weekends. The focus of the events will continue to be on togetherness, fun and building connections. The target audience will continue to be Lesbians but most events will be FLINTA inclusive.
